Job Description
- Process development and optimisation of existing and new processes.
- Support for new product introductions (PCB assembly from prototype to series).
- Support function to increase efficiency and troubleshoot in manufacturing.
- Maintenance of master data, bills of materials and work plans in the ERP and MES system.
- Management of process and equipment validations in the area of PCB manufacturing.
- Support and documentation of quality measures and improvements (8D, FMEA etc.).
- Internal and external technical support.
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician EFZ or comparable professional qualification in the technical field and further training as a process specialist or process technician HF or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment in electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience (documentation) in the regulated environment of aviation / medical technology (EN9100 / ISO 13485) is an advantage.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Assertiveness, independent and structured working style and very high quality awareness.
- Very good German skills, good English skills spoken and written.
