The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in the canton of Aargau. We offer our residents of all ages specialised care, support and catering services in various areas of expertise with high quality and a clear stance. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernised and further developed through new construction and renovations. With our new, staffed restaurant, we create a lively meeting place for residents, relatives, employees and external guests.
For our location in Baden, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a host from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement and
This is how you support us:
- You are an exceptionally customer-oriented personality and a host with passion
- You plan and organise the daily business of the restaurant team and take responsibility for a smooth service process, including at weekends
- You welcome and look after guests in the public restaurant and seminar rooms, including taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Your knowledge in organising events and banquets helps you with planning and organisation
- You support the Restaurant / Service / Catering management with planning tasks, purchasing and creating work schedules
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- You have already gained professional experience in a comparable role
- You work proactively and independently with a strong service orientation
- You are committed, a team player, confident and authentic
- You can communicate very well in German
- You have very good IT user skills (MS Office, TCPOS cash register system)
