Your field of action
- Assist the customer management team in supporting our pharmacy clients (by phone/by writing) in German and French; you are responsible for customer orientation
- You will manage our ordering and administration software, used daily by our pharmacist clients. We count on your mastery of digital tools
- Work together with the Quality Management to uphold our high quality standards in handling error reports; all this in the interest of patient safety
- You assist the team in planning and implementing the demanding vacation scheduling (you will be surprised by the number of small and large holidays we have in Switzerland)
Your strengths
- Ideally, you have completed training as a pharmacy assistant or pharmacist
- You have experience in commercial or administrative fields (customer service, customer management, telephony)
- You master the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are comfortable with this type of content
- You speak fluent German or French and have a very good command of the other language (level B2)
- You show enthusiasm, think in networks, and work with precision, efficiency, and solution orientation – not only independently but also as a valuable team member
