• Taking orders by phone and providing simple advice to guests
• Serving food and drinks in the hotel room
• Preparing mise en place for the daily routine
• Preparing simple drinks for service
• Passing on guest feedback and assisting with requests
• Maintaining cleanliness, standards and daily tasks according to guidelines

• First experience in service or hospitality is an advantage
• Willingness to reliably perform simple service tasks
• Careful and structured way of working
• Team spirit and a friendly manner in dealing with guests
• Good German or good English skills
