- Technical and personnel management of a production and assembly team
- Instruction, support, and supervision of ongoing production

- Optimising processes and participating in automation
- Coordinating with internal interfaces and various departments
- Deputising in customer service and support
- Active participation in assembly and production
Requirements
- Technical basic training with commercial further education
- Experience in managing employees and production processes
- Entrepreneurial and process-oriented thinking
- High social competence and assertiveness
- Independent, quality-conscious, and structured working style
- Good IT skills and confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
