Facade Builder with Construction Management and Organisational Competence

• Planning and controlling assembly processes on construction sites including all necessary facilities
• Monitoring compliance with work and construction schedules during the project progress
• Ensuring the timely provision of materials, components as well as operating and auxiliary equipment
• Controlling schedule, cost, quality, and quantity parameters
• Organising and leading subcontractors on site as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection

• Completed vocational training in metal or structural engineering
• Several years of experience in construction management of facade projects
• Professional expertise in facade construction and ideally leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills as well as reliable and solution-oriented working
• Confident communication skills with various interlocutors with fluent German language skills
