• Conducting thorough clinical evaluations to identify functional abilities and specific needs of each patient.

• Developing tailored and evolving rehabilitation programmes adapted to the specifics of each pathology.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques and appropriate exercises to guide the patient towards recovery.

• Actively collaborating with doctors, occupational therapists and nursing teams to ensure comprehensive and coherent care.

• Advising and training patients and their relatives on correct movements and daily precautions to adopt.

• Constructively participating in team meetings and the life of the care unit.

To succeed in this trusted reinforcement for our partner, the expected criteria are:

• A physiotherapy diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) obtained.

• Initial experience or a validated background in a hospital environment or rehabilitation centre.

• Excellent adaptability to switch easily and flexibly between specialities.

• A strong collaborative spirit, active listening and perfect command of French to communicate easily with patients and medical staff.
