On behalf of our hospital partner, your daily activities will include:
Conducting thorough clinical evaluations to identify functional abilities and specific needs of each patient.
Developing tailored and evolving rehabilitation programmes adapted to the specifics of each pathology.
Implementing therapeutic techniques and appropriate exercises to guide the patient towards recovery.
Actively collaborating with doctors, occupational therapists and nursing teams to ensure comprehensive and coherent care.
Advising and training patients and their relatives on correct movements and daily precautions to adopt.
Constructively participating in team meetings and the life of the care unit.
Qualifications
To succeed in this trusted reinforcement for our partner, the expected criteria are:
A physiotherapy diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) obtained.
Initial experience or a validated background in a hospital environment or rehabilitation centre.
Excellent adaptability to switch easily and flexibly between specialities.
A strong collaborative spirit, active listening and perfect command of French to communicate easily with patients and medical staff.
