The following tasks await you:
- First and second level support (approx. 50%) for employees
- Support and further development of the client and workplace environment
- Operation of the virtual infrastructure (from hypervisor)
- Participation in server operations (VSI environment) and server/application updates
- Support in the operation and maintenance of the network infrastructure
- Coordination and management of managed services (server, backup, storage, firewall, data centre)
- Participation in security (endpoint protection) and conducting DR tests
You convince us with this profile:
- IT training (EFZ / HF) or comparable qualification
- Experience in end-user support and system technology
- Knowledge in client management, virtualisation (Omnissa) and server operation (VMWare)
- Solid to advanced know-how in network and IT security topics
- Experience in collaboration with external service providers is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Independent, structured working style in our small team
