Your Tasks
- Technical and organizational management of the workshop
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and repair work
- Leading the workshop team and actively assisting in daily workshop operations
- Ensuring smooth workshop operations
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship EFZ as a truck or construction machinery mechanic
- Driver's license category B (category C advantageous)
- Several years of professional experience in the commercial vehicle industry, ideally with leadership experience
- Solid knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, and hydraulics
- Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and training future specialists
- Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Very good teamwork skills and accustomed to independent work
- Good German and French language skills
