Your tasks
• Support of the team leader in organizing and planning all processes in the residential group
• Deputizing in the absence of the team leader
• Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• Active participation in daily nursing care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and therapists
We expect
• Training as a Nursing Specialist HF
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
• Team player
• Good knowledge of German
• Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (knowledge of BESA is an advantage)
