What's the role?
Are you an experienced, creative and customer-focused event professional for physical and digital events ready to make a real impact?
We are looking for someone like you to join our Events & Guest Relations team at our Corporate Headquarters in Schaan! You bring strong organizational skills, a hands-on mindset and the drive to turn ideas into unforgettable experiences.
Whether you’re planning behind the scenes, implementing a live stream or executing an unforgettable event experience for employees, customers, students and partners — you’re right where the action is.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible.
What does the role involve?
As Manager Events & Livestreams you conceptualize, plan and implement internal and external events for different international target groups, as well as livestreams from our inhouse studio. Most of the physical events will take place at our Corporate Headquarters in Schaan. Your responsibilities will cover every step of the event process: from initial concept development and stakeholder alignment, to budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and smooth on-site execution and follow-up activities. This may also include setting up event and registration websites using Cvent.
Your role will also include the execution of live-streaming without any external partners, which means you have proven experience with video and audio technology and you are enthusiastic for producing livestreams by yourself. This also includes guiding presenters and hosts to effectively deliver their message.
You are process driven, structured, detail-oriented and customer-focused. You are used to handle multiple projects and have demonstrated this throughout your career.
In addition to your professional skills, you are a flexible team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, being an active listener and a sparring partner for others, willing to support colleagues. You bring a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to foster collaboration and team success.
What you need is:
To help you succeed, we’ll provide you with everything you need so that we’re driving impact together from day one. You’ll find a stable working
environment, exceptional assistance and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and professional event management expertise
- Proven experience with video and audio technology, with enthusiasm for producing livestreams (tools include OBS and MS Teams)
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to go the extra-mile
- Fluent German and English skills
- Driving license
