Property Manager for Condominium Ownership, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will manage a demanding real estate portfolio of condominium properties in the Winterthur region
• You will also conduct well-organised and cooperative meetings, which start no later than 6:00 pm
• Furthermore, you will maintain contact with interested parties, clients, authorities, caretakers and craftsmen
• You will also organise repair and renovation orders
• At your request, you also have the opportunity to manage rental properties (max. 20 - 30%)
• If suitable and interested, there is the possibility to take on a co-team leader role in the future
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have several years of practical experience in property management, ideally complemented by further training as a certified property manager
• Professional experience in the independent management of condominium properties is required
• You are comfortable using common real estate software solutions
• Do you consider yourself a sociable, goal-oriented and proactive real estate professional?
