What is the role about?
You develop and manage service concepts in the product development process and accompany new service offerings until market maturity. With technical know-how and international collaboration, you strengthen spare parts management and continuously optimize processes and tools.
What tasks will you take on?
- You are responsible in the product development process for the development and definition of service concepts for the entire product portfolio.
- You define and coordinate new service offerings, support 3rd-level support, and drive operational service management.
- You maintain sales master data in S4/Hana and manage the digital spare parts finder tool.
- You work closely with international sister companies and ensure a uniform understanding of service.
- You contribute your know-how to spare parts management, accompany the introduction of new service products, and participate in the further development of the pricing strategy.
- You drive process improvements and actively engage in the continuous optimization of our service tools.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a technical basic education with advanced electrical engineering knowledge – complemented by further training as a technician HF or technical sales specialist.
- You know the product development process and bring experience in classical or agile project management – IPMA Level D is a plus.
- You quickly grasp complex contexts, think networked, and act structured even under high pace.
- You communicate clearly in German and English (at least B1/B2) and navigate confidently in SAP.
- You convince with commitment, assertiveness, and sensitivity – with style, team spirit, and enthusiasm.
