We are looking for a
Employee Housekeeping Ward Cleaning 100% starting 1 August 2026
The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopaedics, surgery and urology. With us, you will find a meaningful activity in a family environment where people are at the centre.
Your main tasks
- Carrying out all ward cleaning tasks including offices and meeting rooms
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the clinic
- Bed cleaning
- Internal material orders
- Ongoing disinfections and isolation cleaning
- Adherence to hygiene principles
- Professional execution of all assigned tasks. This takes place in the usual area of deployment as well as in supporting colleagues both within housekeeping and, if necessary, in other clinic areas.
- Economical and environmentally conscious use of materials, equipment, machines and products
- Work is carried out in shifts as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (between 06:55 and 17:00)
Your profile
You have professional experience in cleaning; experience in a hospital is a great advantage. You understand and speak German well. You support the team through active collaboration and promote a good working atmosphere. Appreciative and respectful interaction and appropriate communication are a matter of course for you.
