Finance Specialist
80 – 100% by agreement
Your tasks
- Independent management of the municipality's financial accounting
- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as dunning
- Supervision of various subsidiary and small accounts
- Preparation of VAT returns and other finance-related declarations
- Participation in year-end closing tasks and the budgeting process
- Interest in asset accounting
- Responsibility for the supervision and support of apprentices in the area of financial accounting
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience with Infoma Newsystem or Lobos is a plus
- Precise, independent and structured way of working
- Service-oriented, team-capable personality with a strong flair for numbers
- Enjoyment in contact with internal and external stakeholders
