About the job

• You accompany the corporate areas at Emmi headquarters in Lucerne in their strategic development and bring a clear perspective for people, organisation and sustainable solutions.
• As a sparring partner for management, you support strategic issues, reflect on decisions and accompany demanding change projects with foresight and prudence.
• You design and accompany topics of leadership and organisational development, thereby strengthening the effectiveness of teams and leaders.
• You recognise challenges early, analyse contexts and develop practical, implementable solutions with a view to the entire company.
• You moderate workshops in an international context and actively contribute to HR projects as well as to the further development of talent and succession processes.

• You have a solid education (at least a Bachelor’s degree) as well as further training in coaching, organisational development or change management and use this knowledge purposefully in your work.
• You bring experience as an HR Business Partner and see yourself as a reliable, reflective sparring partner on equal footing.
• You combine business understanding with a genuine interest in people and organisations and can mediate well between both perspectives.
• You present yourself clearly, respectfully and reliably, listen well and gain trust through your authentic manner.
• You work in a structured way, prioritise consciously, approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and communicate confidently in German and English.
