University Intern HR

Are you interested in an exciting internship in the HR field? We are looking for a university intern to support our HR consulting from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2026 or by arrangement, with a workload of 80-100%.

What to expect

• Support of HR consulting in all administrative processes
• Personnel law clarifications
• Support in absence management
• Support in application management
• Accompaniment in various interview situations
• Participation in HR projects

What you bring to us

• Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
• First practical experience in personnel management or HR consulting is an advantage but not mandatory
• Team player with an independent and structured way of working
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, initiative and sense of responsibility
