What is my role?

• You are responsible for setting up, converting and starting up our production equipment and packaging lines

• You ensure a smooth production process and keep an eye on the processes

• You monitor and optimise the procedures with regard to quality, performance and efficiency

• If something is not running smoothly, you troubleshoot and carry out minor maintenance work

• You comply with all GMP, hygiene and safety regulations

• You actively contribute to improvement processes and work closely with colleagues from production, quality assurance and engineering

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a technical vocational training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic or plant operator

• Ideally, you already have professional experience as a setter in an industrial production environment - it would be especially great if you know the food or pharmaceutical industry

• You have technical understanding and manual skills

• Your working style is independent, structured and solution-oriented

• You are a team player, flexible and have an eye for quality

• Shift work is not a problem for you
