A.H. Meyer & Cie AG is an established Swiss company with around 50 employees and almost 100 years of experience in the fields of import, wholesale and distribution of mineral oil products. As a leading member of the Swiss AVIA, we reliably supply trade and consumers with fuels and heating oil.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen our petrol stations division immediately or by arrangement with a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as

Expansion Manager Petrol Stations (100%)

Your tasks

• Identification and acquisition of new petrol station and location opportunities
• Building and maintaining a sustainable acquisition and growth pipeline
• Active market and competitor monitoring
• Building and maintaining a network with property owners, operators and business partners
• Conducting location analyses and initial assessments
• Developing business cases and profitability calculations
• Supporting contract negotiations and due diligence processes
• Accompanying acquisition and development projects until decision maturity
• Close cooperation with the operations, technical and sales departments
• Preparation of decision-making bases and regular reporting

Your profile

• Commercial or technical basic training with appropriate further education
• Several years of professional experience in business development, sales, real estate, energy or petrol station environment
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and goal-oriented personality
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Enjoyment in building and maintaining long-term business relationships
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and driving licence category B
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• French and Italian language skills are an advantage
