Your area of responsibility
- Technical and administrative processing and support of demanding construction projects in the Northwest region (AG, BS, BE) with a focus on the Aargau region
- Close collaboration with architects, general contractors, and clients
- Developing innovative detail solutions in construction
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality from planning to final assembly

What you bring
- Completed vocational training in a craft or planning profession
- Further training in metal construction, timber construction, or as a construction manager
- Professional experience in the field of sun protection/building envelope is desirable
- Experience with performance records in project execution/project management
- Driver's license category B is mandatory
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Structured working method, proficient use of digital work tools
- Very good organizational skills, healthy assertiveness
- Ability to communicate openly and appropriately in German (m/s)
- Team player with good manners and a confident, well-groomed appearance
