We offer a position at the tilia Wittigkofen location immediately or by arrangement as

• Holistic and process-oriented care and support of our residents 
• Main responsibility for the nursing process and case management in the residential area
• Promotion and support of nursing staff regarding the nursing process
• Ensuring the flawless use of interRAI LTCF CH
• Implementation of the nursing process and participation in direct care

• Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
• Qualified nurse HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognised diploma)
• Further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete this
• Solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a strong quality mindset
