About the job
Your tasks:
- Management and coordination of demanding projects in engineered timber construction and timber element construction
- Responsibility for quality-, deadline- and budget-compliant project execution
- Independent conduct of tender negotiations
- Central contact person for customers, clients and project participants
- Technical and commercial overall coordination from planning to assembly
- Support in acquisition and project development up to execution
Your skills:
- Further training as a technician HF timber construction, timber construction master, foreman or timber construction engineer with a timber construction background
- Know-how in multi-storey timber construction as well as in engineered timber construction
- Solid knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards
- Assertiveness and constructive interaction with all parties involved
- Teamwork skills and high personal responsibility
- Knowledge of MS Office, optionally ERP, NPK, Cadwork
- High affinity for digitalisation, automated production etc.
- Practical experience in the calculation of timber construction projects
