Your tasks:
- Coordination and execution of construction and renovation projects in collaboration with our internal specialists and external partners
- Participation in tenders
- Selection, monitoring, and coordination of contractor teams
- Management of SIA project management phases (studies, authorization requests, tenders, planning and execution monitoring, project closure)
- Application of our various clients' processes
- Communication and preparation of project documentation for our various clients
- Project reporting to the Client (costs, deadlines, quality, risks, etc.)
- Representation of the client
- Autonomous project management
Your profile:
- Higher education as an engineer or architect (University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position
- Knowledge of SIA standards
- Proven experience in project management in separate trades
- Perfect command of French
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is an asset
- Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous, and with good stress resistance
- Very good communicator with a good sense of analysis and listening to needs
