As a Swiss family business, we are present at over twenty locations in Switzerland.For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Property Employee 20% (assignments on Saturdays) for our branch in Lucerne, starting 6 June 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Challenge
- Execution of maintenance, inspection and repair work on buildings and technical systems
- Care and monitoring of infrastructure as well as ensuring cleanliness, order and operational safety
- Carrying out minor maintenance work, troubleshooting, cleaning and grounds maintenance, disposal and winter services
- Contact person for tenants, visitors and external craftsmen
- Shopping trolley management
Your Profile
- Completed basic craft or technical training is an advantage
- Experience in technical service, caretaking or facility management is desired
- Good German skills as well as technical understanding are required
- Reliable, independent and responsible working style
- Manual dexterity as well as technical understanding
- Resilient, flexible and a team player
- Friendly interaction with tenants, customers and external service providers
