Head of IT Ops Department (100%)

Overview of your future tasks: 

• Define and implement the vision and organisation of the IT Ops service to ensure the availability, security, and compliance of the information system
• Manage the budget, optimise costs, and streamline IT solutions
• Lead the IT Ops team while coordinating internal and external resources
• Lead or support IT projects, incident management, and business continuity plans
• Manage and coordinate external providers to ensure the quality, continuity, and cost control of the IT services provided
• Contribute to operations, projects, innovation, and digital transformation through your business and technical expertise

Your ideal profile: 

• Higher education in computer science or information systems (or equivalent training)
• Proven experience in a similar role, including managing a team and IT providers
• Strong technical skills in infrastructure, data integration, and IT security
• Good ability to unite a team and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Good knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL or equivalent)
