Legal Intern 100%You will conduct reviews of tax exemptions granted in the past.
After an introduction, you will independently carry out the review procedures, correspond directly with the tax-exempt organisations or their representatives, and decide on the confirmation of the tax exemption or, after consultation with your superiors, on a revocation.
Depending on capacity, you will also support the Tax Exemptions team in deciding on tax exemptions within the scope of (simple) new applications.
In doing so, you will learn a lot about non-profit organisations and their activities, the institution of tax exemptions, and gain broad insight into the work of the Legal Service and the Tax Office.

Profile
- You have completed a Master of Laws (MLaw) degree or are about to complete it.
- Preferably, you have already gained some professional experience in the legal field during your studies, ideally at a court.
- You enjoy working independently, are responsible, and show initiative.
- Your strong communication skills as well as your pronounced customer and service orientation distinguish you.
- In addition, you are interested in familiarising yourself with new subject areas and can quickly grasp connections thanks to your good powers of comprehension.
