Specialist Therapeutic Residential School Group (Children and Youth Sector)

The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, living, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. By arrangement, we are looking for a specialist to strengthen our team.

The TWSG (Therapeutic Residential School Group) is an intensively supervised structured residential group embedded in Ilgenhalde with an integrated school offer for children and young people with a dual diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder, and challenging behaviour. 

• Supplement the TWSG team with a total of 4 children and young people
• Support in an individual setting, if necessary 1:1
• Design a structured daily routine and an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
• Empathetic support of children and young people with sensory impairments in the autism spectrum
• Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
