- Fluent in German; French is a plus.

Your Tasks
- Opening and maintaining project master data in Abacus
- Creation and adjustment of recurring subscription invoices
- Preparation of accruals, cancellations, and credits for accounting
- Control and approval of additional invoices
- Support and advice for internal stakeholders on billing and accrual issues
- Support for project management implementation for new mandates
- Collaboration with accounting and mandate management
- Commercial basic training
- Very good PC skills (MS Office) and especially Excel
- Fluent German and good knowledge of French is an advantage
