Responsibilities
- Responsible professional leadership and coaching of the sales team
- Ensuring optimal staff deployment planning according to passenger volume
- Managing the flow of goods and ensuring an attractive product presentation
- Supporting store management with training, motivation and further development of the team
- Monitoring and managing relevant KPIs to optimise results
Profile
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position in stationary retail
- Experience in leading larger teams and confident demeanour
- High resilience and flexibility, including shift, Sunday and public holiday work
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with international guests
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
