The open counter is our showcase and an important point of contact for our customers. You passionately advise and serve them at the buffet.
Freshly sliced and prepared: You professionally prepare the meat products.
You manage the goods and contribute to better sales.
It is clear to you that you strictly adhere to quality standards and guidelines such as freshness and quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, and expiry dates.

You bring joy/flair to customer advice or service, ideally in the food sector, and have an interest in meat and fish.
You also score with professional experience in a staffed butcher's shop. Experience as a cook (m/f/d) also helps you in your daily advisory work.
You appreciate close customer interaction and love advising.
