Your tasks
- Central contact point for our customers in all matters of our ICT service offering
- Receiving and recording of fault reports
- Independent processing or internal forwarding of reported ICT faults
- Creating and updating documentation and knowledge databases
- Regular support of customers at our ServiceDesk reception
- Advising customers on questions and change requests
- ICT on site at our external locations
- Active participation in improving and further developing around the ServiceDesk
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent technical basic training
- Independent, conscientious, and precise way of working
- Quick comprehension and good technical understanding
- Joy and interest in new technologies
- Openness, communication skills, pronounced teamwork skills, and high customer orientation
- Driving license category B
- Willingness to take on on-call duties
