About the job

In our interdisciplinary team of project managers and graphic designers specialising in promotional advertising and price communication, you will support the project managers of Valencia Kommunikation AG in Basel. The aim of the six-month trainee programme is to prepare you for the world of advertising. A central component is getting to know the individual work steps from briefing through implementation to production.

Your path into operational project work will be built step by step and begins with the independent implementation of smaller projects: you create schedules and quotations, brief team members, write invoices and communicate with clients and service providers. Since you will read, check and compare a lot of information in this role, a high level of concentration, accuracy and focused work, even over longer periods, is particularly important.

The trainee programme is aimed at talents with organisational skills who enjoy coordinating diverse tasks. Do you feel addressed? Then you can expect a practical trainee programme that offers you valuable insights into the working world of a communications agency.

Personality: You are open-minded, curious, adaptable, service-oriented and enjoy working in a team.

Language and text: You have a passion for text, word and writing as well as an enjoyment of languages. Many of our assignments are carried out in German, French and Italian. You do not have to master all languages, but basic knowledge is helpful.

Education: You have completed vocational training in the commercial field, a federal specialist certificate as a communications, PR or marketing specialist, a university of applied sciences degree in marketing, communication or linguistics or a comparable qualification.
