What makes your work particularly attractive

You accompany and coach participants in the work integration program of Klinik Südhang – from the initial assessment interview to the exit after six months. As the case-leading social worker, you are responsible for individual program planning as well as networking with referring agencies, employers, and therapists. You acquire internship placements for the participants, maintain the network, and actively expand it. Conducting group sessions within the treatment program is part of your daily work, as are weekly individual and regular status meetings. Together with the team, you continuously review the offerings of the work integration program and are committed to professional development.

What distinguishes you

In addition to a modern social work understanding, a pronounced person-centered attitude is a matter of course for you. Your strengths include comprehensive counseling and social skills as well as a structured and process-oriented way of working. We expect your experience in professional integration and good knowledge of the local labor market. Knowledge in working with people with addiction disorders and experience and/or interest in adult education are advantageous.
