Construction Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You coordinate and supervise exciting construction projects, accompanying them from the planning phase to completion
• These are construction projects in residential and office buildings as well as in public construction
• You act in an advisory and leading role towards clients and craftsmen
• Cost and schedule planning as well as tendering also enrich your varied and demanding range of tasks
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a basic training as a bricklayer, carpenter, architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or similar (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have further trained as an architect, project manager, construction manager / construction technician or are on the way to doing so
• Good skills in reading and processing CAD plans are also important
• Knowledge in the field of sustainable building and construction economics is highly appreciated but not a requirement
• Do you describe yourself as communicative, cooperative, well organised and solution-oriented?
