Due to our growth, we are currently looking for a Product Manager in Scheduling and Workflow with a focus on rehab planning.
Your tasks
- You are the primary contact person for customers, analyzing their processes in the rehab area.
- You develop concepts and specifications and advise and train customers in the use of the KISIM scheduling and workflow module. You test new developments and customer-specific adjustments.
- You take on the technical project management for the introduction of the scheduling and workflow module of our clinical information system KISIM in the rehab area.
- Your tasks also include customer-specific parameterization for calendars and workflows in the rehab area.
- You work closely with internal development.
Your profile
- You are familiar with clinical processes in rehab clinics and have experience as a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, social service employee, or scheduler in rehab clinics.
- You have experience with treatment planning software – project experience with system implementations and experience in software configuration would be an advantage.
- You have the ability to gather requirements, analyze them, and develop solutions (requirement engineering) and can document this clearly.
- You work precisely and have a good eye for testing.
- You are communicative, have strong consulting skills, and enjoy professional customer contact.
- You appreciate and practice a systematic and transparent working style and like to contribute to a team.
