Product Marketing Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

• You support the planning and take over the implementation up to the success measurement of our product marketing activities across all touchpoints: whether it’s coordinating new content for the website and email campaigns or co-planning customer or partner events.
• You take on projects from focus areas such as the Marketplace, bexio Office, or Academy and drive them independently forward, coordinating measures within bexio as well as with external partners. For example, you work together with the Academy team on automated mail flows along the customer journey and also implement them yourself. 
• You take over the implementation of the launch communication for new products, features, and improvements of the bexio application. In doing so, you work out the core benefits in content briefings, which other teams then use specifically in their communication.
• Your wide range of tasks is complemented by your support in other product marketing initiatives such as continuously adapting our positioning and corresponding messaging to our target groups, promotions including reporting, collecting and internally sharing customer insights, or expanding a standardized competitor analysis to win new customers even more effectively. For implementing advertising materials, you work closely with our graphic specialists.

What we expect from you:

• You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales.
• A big plus is if you have a completed (technical) university degree or similar training (e.g., professional certificate) in the relevant field, but it is not a must.
• Ownership and responsibility: You feel responsible for the success of your area and enjoy data-driven (KPI-driven) further development of it.
• You are an organizational talent with an independent, structured, and efficient way of working.
• Proven expertise in writing texts and confident command of German spelling and grammar. Can you also do it in French and English? Even better! 
• You have a positive, goal-oriented mindset with an eye for the big picture.  
• You are an open personality with a hands-on mentality who does not lose sight even with more complex tasks.
