Presentation
To complete its team, the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Geosciences and Environment is looking for a:
Assistant to Research, Communication and Quality (RCQ)
Your role will be to actively support the activities of the Vice-Dean RCQ by ensuring effective and structured coordination of technical, research and human resources. You will also contribute to forward-looking monitoring, the development of support activities, and the promotion of the Faculty's initiatives.
Position Information
Start date: 01.11.2026 or by agreement
Contract duration: Permanent contract
Work rate: 100%
Workplace: Dean's Office of the Faculty of Geosciences and Environment, University of Lausanne – Géopolis building
Your Activities
• Manage the Faculty's external affairs in coordination with the various central UNIL services;
• Develop and lead an outreach policy;
• Coordinate the development, communication and promotion of faculty research;
• Oversee the Faculty's quality processes;
• Manage and organise the administrative affairs and human resources of the research, quality, communication department;
• Organise the Faculty's technical resources.
Your Profile
• University-level education (or equivalent);
• Training in public administration (or equivalent experience);
• Training in management and personnel leadership (or equivalent experience);
• Five years of administrative management experience with responsibilities;
• Planning skills and organisational sense;
• Project and team management skills;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Good command of English is desirable.
