Your Tasks
- Ensuring a smooth process of consultations including their scheduling
- Transcribing from dictation, composing various correspondences
- Telephone contact person for patients, internal and external partners
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision)
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and, if necessary, assistance during examinations
- Venous and capillary blood sampling, infusions, and injections
Your Profile
- A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and PCs
- Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and distinctly patient- and service-oriented personality
- With your confident German and solid terminology knowledge, you reflect our professionalism in transcribing from dictation as well as in handling all correspondences
