Construction Manager - Project Manager (M/F)
Work location: Sion
Your mission:
Ensure the planning, organization, coordination, and direction of the work to be executed within the framework of a project, managing and monitoring it to ensure its smooth progress, respecting costs, deadlines, and quality. Through appropriate communication, play the role of interface and integrator between the various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization, planning, and monitoring of the work, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
- Guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality/environment/safety (QES) through appropriate planning, monitoring, and management
- Ensure the conformity and integrity of the project's deliverables and ensure appropriate risk management
- Ensure communication at all levels of the project
- Plan, organize, and direct activities and work on site (General Directorate of Works)
- Organize and coordinate personnel resources as well as technical means
- Organize and monitor supplies and subcontracted activities
- Participate in the preparation of offers and amendments
Your skills:
- Degree in engineering (HES/EPF), preferably in electricity, automation, or mechanics
- Completed project management training and confirmed experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
- Desired experience in areas related to the operation of hydroelectric facilities or in the field of industrial infrastructure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Native French or German speaker with a very good command of the second language. Knowledge of English is necessary
