Your new role
In the field of childcare, the holistic development of children is central. This includes linguistic, cognitive, and motor skills, social behavior, and personality. Care specialists design daily activities in an age-appropriate and situationally appropriate manner with guided sections and free play, individual and group activities. You enable children to have diverse learning experiences, to develop individually, and at the same time to find their place in the group.
