Your tasks
- Presence during telephone hours (Mon-Fri: 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00)
- Central point of contact and hub for customers, suppliers and internal employees (phone & email)
- Creation, processing and follow-up of tickets in the CAFM system (Planon)
- Focus: Maintenance, modification and quality assurance of master data in the CAFM tool
- Clarifications and processing of queries regarding orders (e.g. status, measures) in close coordination with operations
- Documentation and forwarding of meter readings and laundry money
- Ensuring correct and complete order documentation in the system
- Management of the central Vebego main telephone number and the info mailbox
- Support with general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in order management or a comparable function is an advantage but not a requirement
- IT affinity and enjoyment of working with systems and data (ideally CAFM / Planon)
- Precise, structured and careful working style with a focus on data quality
- Team-oriented, flexible and service-minded personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Very good MS Office skills, experience with ticketing or CAFM systems is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are a plus
