Clerk Rental Internal Service

In this versatile hub function, you are the central contact point in the nationwide exchange between the workshop, field service, and our customers.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring a smooth rental process from A to Z
• Creating offers and orders in the ERP system
• Coordinating, processing, and monitoring ongoing orders
• Telephone and written customer support
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure efficient operational processes
• Actively questioning existing procedures and participating in process optimization

Requirements

For this responsible position, you bring the following:

• Completed training or further education in the commercial field
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Good French skills (level B1–B2)
• Reliable, structured, and well-organized working style
• High accuracy and enjoyment in contact with people
• Teamwork, service orientation, and strong communication skills
