What is the role about?
As a Time Study Analyst, you analyze workflows precisely, measure execution times, and identify optimization potentials based on solid data. You apply your analytical strength, attention to detail, and knowledge of modern time management methods purposefully.
What tasks will you take on?
- You conduct time and motion studies to systematically evaluate the efficiency of workflows.
- You analyze and compare time study data to specifically identify optimization potentials and inefficient process steps.
- You examine manufacturing processes in detail and derive realistic target times as well as concrete improvement possibilities.
- You validate collected time data in close collaboration with production teams, team leaders, and other stakeholders.
- You prepare results understandably, communicate them appropriately to the audience, and jointly derive actionable improvement measures.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business administration or further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate.
- You bring experience in handling statistical analysis tools and corresponding software and apply them confidently.
- You convince with pronounced organizational skills, a high quality awareness, and a strong eye for detail.
- You communicate confidently and appropriately to the audience, have very good interpersonal skills, and work effectively across departments.
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP, communicate fluently in German and English (level B2) both spoken and written, and handle multiple projects in a structured and efficient manner.
