SIX Terravis works between banks, land registry offices, and notaries on the digitization of mortgage deed processes. Together with your colleagues, you are the contact person for our external customers as well as for our technical and professional 3rd-level support. We look forward to receiving your application documents.
These are your tasks
- Oral and written customer support in German and French
- Daily contact with customers (banks, notaries, land registry offices)
- Training external customers such as banks, notaries, or land registry employees
- Pre-analyzing error reports and questions as well as resolving simple errors
- Creation and maintenance of user manuals
What you bring with you
- Business fluent in German and French - Italian and English are an advantage
- Experience in the mortgage, notary, or land registry sector
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style
- Quick comprehension, structured approach, and independent completion of assigned tasks
- Technical flair and understanding of IT applications, experience in IT support is a plus
