- Support of the field sales team in customer care and offer preparation
- Ensuring timely order processing through coordination with other departments
- Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
- Handling complaints and returns with a focus on customer satisfaction
- General administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Experience in internal sales or a comparable position
- Sound knowledge in dealing with customers and sales support
- Confident use of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English and French skills
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
