Caretaker 80%
For our school and boarding building at the location in Wädenswil, we are looking for a committed personality as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep, and safety of the building facilities and green areas, including winter service
- Service-oriented and customer-focused work in building and facility maintenance
- Independent execution of minor maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Organizing and monitoring work by third-party companies, especially the external cleaning company
Our expectations of you:
- Craftsmanship basic training, ideally as a specialist in facility maintenance
- Enjoyment in dealing with teachers and learners
- Good German language skills, fluent in spoken and written, and IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Willingness for occasional evening and weekend assignments as well as assignments at various Strickhof locations
- Solution-oriented, have an independent, responsible working style, and possess a driver's license category B
