About the job
Open all year round, Le Tipi and Le Carré 21 welcome children/young people (4 children per home) benefiting from a protection measure established by the competent cantonal authority. Their mission is to offer accommodation solutions that meet both the protection needs and the specific care requirements related to disability. They accommodate children with autism spectrum disorder by providing a safe and transitional place, allowing them to continue or even restart the development process under more optimal conditions.
Substitute Social Educator

Your main mission
- Ensure, through professional conduct, appropriate support serving the development of the protected child.
- Be involved in the medical, administrative, educational, etc., follow-up of the child received.
- Ensure safety and well-being, including the medical-technical acts to be provided to children/young people.
- Organise and participate in activities taking into account the specificities of the beneficiaries and the resources allocated.
Your profile
- Degree in social education HES/ES or equivalent training (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas)
- Experience with children with disabilities (ASD, motor impairment…)
- Experience in DGEJ structure preferred
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and flexibility
- Driving licence
