Technical Draughtswoman / Building Services Planner, 80-100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Your main task is to draw heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for new builds and conversions (single-family homes, multi-family homes and commercial properties)
• In doing so, you create installation plans, recess plans, principle schematics and riser diagrams
• Furthermore, you participate in construction and coordination meetings
• As a competent team member, you accompany the construction projects, prepare building application documents and make clarifications with external parties
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• Ideally, you have training as a building services planner in sanitary, heating or ventilation, as an electrical draughtsperson or architectural / structural draughtsperson (f/m/d)
• In addition, you bring very good CAD and Office skills
• Do you consider yourself thoughtful, enthusiastic and conscientious?
