- You will actively participate in the establishment and expansion of new business relationships in the Baselland market area
- You will help shape the future of our clients in a targeted manner
- You will act on the front line for our clients in various business, tax, and social law issues
- You will independently and holistically advise and support our clients in a solution-oriented manner
- You will lead and promote your team both professionally and personally
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- You are a certified Trust Expert or have a Master's degree in Trust Management
- You have several years of experience in the trust industry and bring leadership experience
- You maintain an open, appreciative, and sustainable relationship with internal and external partners
- You analyze and recognize the needs of clients and communicate timely, professionally sound solutions
