Your tasks

• You share responsibility for the professional and organisational management of the acute inpatient therapy department.
• You treat inpatient and outpatient patients of all age groups.
• You lead employees and support them in their professional and personal development.
• You work closely with nursing staff, doctors, and other professional groups.
• You engage in projects and support the implementation of strategic goals.
• You promote interprofessional collaboration and further develop existing processes together with the management team.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist with SRK recognition.
• You are enthusiastic about "active" therapy and wish to develop professionally and personally.
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital; initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working interprofessionally.
• You contribute new ideas and approach changes openly.
• You take responsibility and value teamwork.
